We are looking for several candidates to take on exciting and dynamic roles in fitness and personal training.

The selected candidates will train and develop their skills in:

• All general duties of a gym instructor will be covered

• Administer initial health checks and conduct monthly progress checks

• Carry out inductions for new members and update programmes on a monthly basis where required

• Clean and maintain the equipment - carry out basic maintenance checks where required and report any issues to management

• Engage with members in a positive way on the gym floor

• Working alongside the gyms PT's to get excellent experience and knowledge from other members of the team

• Supporting personal training 121's

• Support group classes

Please note we cannot accept anyone who already has a level 3 personal training qualification.

Essential Skills

• Great verbal communication skills

• A passion for the fitness industry and helping others to achieve their goals

• Ideally, previous experience of training within a gym environment or similar

• Good teamwork skills

• A passion for helping others

• Highly motivated

• Gym level 2 qualification

• Maths and English - at Grade 4/C or Above

• Work experience in sports or fitness based role

The Club are on the hunt for a new coach for our fast-growing Fleet location. As a Club apprentice coach you will need a passion for fitness. You'll work closely with the team and be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional service, experience and also have a clear progression pathway into the fitness industry.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Client care/ check ins -

Gym shifts - taking group classes when qualified - Providing Nutritional advice -

Duties involved with customer acquisition and retention

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Personal Trainer

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Assistant coach,

Club Coach and then Head Coach
